Cubicles at Study rooms have been designed after consulting many experts, Interior Designers, and the constant surveying of students to understand their difficulties of long hour sittings while studying. The color themes and lightings have been chosen to scientifically enhance the study atmosphere. The furniture designs of Study Rooms are ergonomically unique and are already applied for protection under Design Act of India.

Terms & Conditions:
  1. Members must carry their identity card or fee receipt every day and shall produce it on demand.
  2. Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited inside the studyrooms. No edibles are permissible in the studyrooms.
  3. Membership is non-transferable
  4. Students are advised to park their vehicle as per RTO rules & regulations. The students are also advised to lock their vehicles properly. Management holds no responsibility for any loss or damages to the vehicle.
  5. The timings of Air Conditioning will be strictly at the discretion of the Management.
  6. The Management holds no responsibility of any belongings of the members; the members are responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings. No personal belongings (books, Bags/sacks etc.) are allowed to be left/stacked in the studyroom. A fine of Rs.100/- will be levied each time such an act is committed by any member.
  7. The Management holds all the rights to terminate the membership of any member at any time in case of any inappropriate act, misbehavior, misdoing is found to be committed by him/ her. The Management’s decision shall be treated as the final decision in such situations.
  8. A fine of Rs.100/- will be charged to any member found not maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the premises.
  9. To claim refund of the deposit amount, the original receipt of security amount deposition needs to be submitted.
  10. Any Security deposit refunds will be made on an advance request strictly between 1st day of every month till the 10th day of that month and not afterwards.
  11. The membership fee, registration charges and/ or Security Deposit amount is subject to any kind of alteration by the Management from time to time.
  12. No refund requests will be entertained except for in the conditions as mentioned herein.
  13. The Management holds all the rights of altering/ modifying these terms and condition with or without any prior notice.
  14. In case of any dispute, the management’s decision will be treated as final.
  15. Every member must follow the above mentioned terms and conditions.
